You move to Spain.
I take the paper, money and timing.
Four years running my own mobility company: residence permits, a foreign bank card you can actually use here, and getting money in and out without it getting stuck. One person owns your case from the first call to the card in hand — and tells you straight when the route you chose will not hold.
Experience at a glance
Private cases: three ways in
A fixed scope per case, quoted after the first call. You know the total before we start.
Residence permit
Most frequentDigital Nomad, non-lucrative, startup, student, family reunion — whichever route your situation actually supports. The route matters more than the price: the wrong one costs you a year and a refiling.
Fixed scope from €900 · 4–10 weeks Document plan, the lawyer and the filing run included.Foreign bank card & account
An account and a card that work for a non-resident, then for a resident: proof of address, income, tax status. Without this, a permit does not turn into a normal life.
From €300 · 1–3 weeks Set up alongside the permit, not after it.International transfers
Moving savings, salary or sale proceeds between countries without losing the money to fees, holds and source-of-funds questions. The paperwork is the service.
From €250 · planning + paperwork Compliance bundle prepared before the first transfer. Why housing and operations are not afterthoughts
Three years before mobility: commercial real estate in Moscow — from broker to chief operating officer of the leasing business.
Rental market, read from the inside
I negotiated leases on both sides of the table. I know what an apartment is worth, which guarantees are real, and when a landlord is testing you. That is why the housing part of a case does not quietly eat three months.
Operations, not just advice
Running a business across offices and buildings is chasing documents, deadlines and people who do not answer. That background is why I keep the plan, the vendors and the dates in one place instead of handing you a PDF.
How it works
No discovery marathons. Typical first call within 48 hours, first deliverable in two to three weeks.
Timelines depend on caseload and on authorities' processing times.
- 20-minute diagnosticWhat you move, where it breaks, what it costs today. I tell you straight if you do not need me.
- Written scopeDeliverables, dates, price. One page. You approve or we stop.
- DeliveryI run the work and the vendors, you get weekly status and a decision log — no black boxes.
- HandoverDocuments, contracts, checklists and a named contact per vendor, so the process survives without me.
What clients say
“Every deadline was met as planned. Once we arrived, everything was quick and smooth.”
Pyotr S. — Digital Nomad with partner and son, six months from filing to card in hand
“One call with the manager and I knew I was in the right hands. Communication was excellent at every step.”
Dmitry L. — moved from Switzerland to Spain: permit, account and the transfer of savings
For companies
A separate track, a smaller share of the work — closer to a business service than to a private case.
For teams moving into Spain and the EU: audit of the current process, a country package of vetted vendors, or 10–20 hours a month as your part-time mobility lead. I take these cases selectively, because a company file takes the same attention as a private one.
Questions I get before we start
Do you handle cases yourself or pass them to a lawyer?
I own the case and coordinate specialists — immigration lawyer, tax adviser, bank, housing partner. You get one contact and one timeline instead of five vendors blaming each other.
Which route is mine — Digital Nomad, non-lucrative, startup?
Depends on where the money comes from and whether you will work. A remote employee or freelancer with foreign clients is Digital Nomad; living on savings or a pension is non-lucrative; a founder filing as a company is the startup route. I check this before quoting, because the wrong route is the most expensive mistake in the whole file.
Do you help with the bank and with getting money across borders?
Yes, and usually together with the permit rather than after it. A residence permit without a usable account, card and a clean source-of-funds file leaves you unable to pay rent from your own money — that is the part people underestimate.
Can you work with our company part-time while we keep our HR team?
Yes, that is the usual setup. I take the mobility scope off your HR lead: policy, vendors, complex cases and reporting. Ten to twenty hours a month.
Which countries can you cover right now?
Spain and Portugal in depth — lawyer and tax partners in place, both routes tested. Montenegro and Turkey from experience. For other EU countries I assemble the chain and vet the local providers before quoting.
How fast can we start?
Diagnostic call within 48 hours. Written scope in three days. Delivery starts the week you approve it.
What do you not do?
I am not a law firm and do not sign immigration filings as counsel — a licensed lawyer does that. I also do not take cases where the employer wants to under-declare or bypass the legal route.
Let's look at your case
Write two lines: where you are moving from, and what you need — a permit, a card, or moving money. I reply myself, usually within one business day.
