Daniil Shaulov · Global Mobility

Privacy notice

Last updated: 29 October 2026. This page explains what happens to information you send to me through this site. It is written in plain language on purpose — this is a one-person consultancy, not a data-driven company.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Daniil Shaulov, global mobility consultant, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: ds@totamtotut.com.

What I collect and why

Only what you choose to put in an email: your name, company, contact details, and whatever you tell me about the people who need to relocate. I use it for one purpose — to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the service.

Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

What I do not do

Who may see it

Only me, plus the email provider that hosts my mailbox. If your case requires a lawyer, a tax adviser or a housing partner in a specific country, I share the minimum necessary information with them and only after telling you which provider I am contacting.

How long it stays

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Data relating to a delivered service is kept as long as accounting and legal obligations require it, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to processing — one email is enough. I answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es) or to the authority in your own country.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. No archived versions — this is a small practice, not a policy archive.
